Hello, I've had this issue before with BitTorrent, and now it happens with uTorrent. Whenever I get a torrent, and want to download only one file from the multiple files in the torrent, I "Skip" all the files I don't need, and set the only file that I want for "Normal" or "High" Priority. I have had utorrent for a while now, and suddenly it won't download files. It just puts them in and nothing happens. They forever stay at 0%.
