Steam downloads 582660 bdo moved correupted files redownloading
I've been playing this game since Friday the 26th and didn't have any troubles whatsoever until yesterday, when I the game popped up with a notification that one of my files got corrupted and I should run the repair tool through the launcher in order to fix it if it persisted. It did persist, with the game often crashing after 10-30 minutes of gameplay since then. Right-click the game in your Steam library, go to Properties > Local Files and select "Verify integrity of game files". It should do a scan and redownload the broken/corrupted stuff. Although if your experience is going to be anything like mine, prepare to be seeing this message a lot. Should I get the BDO (steam version) or the BDO non steam version? Now (after 8 hours) I restarted steam and download restarted as if nothing had been downloaded !!!! I want to cry Files are present in download folder but seems like they are inextistant and is redownloading from scratch. Do I need to fully redownload the game through steam? Question. So if I have the game downloaded from the client, do I need to fully install the game again through steam after it is purchased?
